Touchstones are short personal essays (usually not exceeding 500 words) that resemble stories much more than they do sermons.

The Touchstones topics for the next two issues are

“A Window Opens” and

“Eye of the Needle.”

These topics are left intentionally broad to elicit a wide variety of interpretations

Writing style is not as important as the contributor’s thoughtfulness, humor, and sincerity. Sunstone reserves the right to edit pieces, but contributors will have the opportunity to approve or disapprove of editorial changes prior to publication.
