			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Each issue, <a title="Sunstone" href="http://www.sunstonemagazine.com">Sunstone</a> features a section called Touchstones. It&#8217;s a collection of short, reflective writing on a particular topic, usually between 400 and 500 words (though we do make exceptions for exceptional writing).</p>
<p>The Touchstones topics for the next two issues are</p>
<p>&#8220;A Window Opens&#8221; and</p>
<p>&#8220;Eye of the Needle.&#8221;</p>
<p>These topics are left intentionally broad to elicit a wide variety of interpretations</p>
<p>Writing style is not as important as the contributor’s thoughtfulness, humor, and sincerity. Sunstone reserves the right to edit pieces, but contributors will have the opportunity to approve or disapprove of editorial changes prior to publication.</p>
<p>Electronic submissions can be sent via email to: carol[at}sunstonemagazine[dot]com.</p>
<p>Please send your submission no later than November 10th.</p>
